Before you begin your sessions with me, I provide a FREE one on one consultation at the gym, Power House Gym located at 12001 Shelbyville Rd, Middletown. During this time I will get to know you and you know me, and we will talk about your workout history, eating habits struggles and success and most importantly your goals and reason for coming to me :) I have experience in Wellness Coaching at the University of Louisville and find it very important to incorporate that into my training. It’s not just about the physical part during your training session. Goal setting is key! We will use a wide variety of training and I base each workout specific to you and your needs/goals.
