I’m super excited for this program! I continue to grow and develop every year as a young woman in a society that pulls me in every direction, and I feel blessed to be able to mentor and coach you through similar experiences that I’ve faced and still continue to face on a daily basis. I don’t want to call it a challenge because this should be an enjoyable process, not about weight loss or if you were able to get abs. I want you to feel amazing after these 5 weeks. I want your energy to be through the roof! I want you to be able to walk into a gym and feel confident that you know what the hell you’re doing and out lift everyone in there! (Well maybe not everyone 😉 but most!) I want you to look in the mirror and feel proud of yourself. I don’t want this about what the scale says or if you lost more inches than someone else. It’s not about anyone else but you.

It’s time to throw out the excuses and make it happen!

This isn’t a quick fix plan to get you set up for summer. This isn’t for someone who wants results overnight. This is for someone who is truly ready to commit to a lifestyle change and give it everything they have. I’m here to help you do that!

I will provide a private group Facebook page and a private Instagram page. The Facebook page will be set up for group discussion, motivation, recipe sharing, question and answer time, encouragement and more. The Instagram will mainly be workout videos so that you can see what I’m talking about when I write workouts. I will also utilize this page for grocery shopping and meal prepping. I’ve had TONS of questions on how what I buy at the grocery, how I prepare things, what seasonings I use and more. This IG page will provide tons of helpful videos to help you with your weekly meal prep.

No one else will have access but you and the other group members—i will approve all girls.

I will provide macro nutrient guidance and help prepare your meal plans. Because I am not a registered dietitian I can not (by law) give you your exact macros—and no other trainer should unless certified to do so, so be careful. That doesn’t mean I can’t help you with this. I will still give you access to sites that help you get a general idea if that’s what you need. Otherwise I will give a general serving size based on your age/height/weight/activity level, but this is something we will get more in depth with once you sign up. I will post videos on how to meal prep (what to use, when to shop, what to buy, how much to buy etc). Not only will you get all of this via videos, but I will provide written descriptions of everything i’ve mentioned!

I’m here to help you improve your overall health. If that means you feel more confident in a bathing suit this summer, then by all means ROCK IT. But I don’t want it to just be about that. Remember, it’s important to find that balance that you can maintain year round, not just for summer.

Price: $125.00 for 6 weeks. I will allow 2 part payment and will establish those dates closer to the starting date. You will have to pay $62.50 to sign up and will be required to pay the second half midway through the program (if this isn’t paid, you will be removed and blocked from all sites/information).

ONLINE CLIENTS:

I’ve been working with clients from around the world for over 5 years now! I know online training can be difficult and not very personal, but there are ways around it! It’s important to keep continuous conversation whether it be via email, text, facetime/skype or phone calls. Having a strong relationship will help you reach success in my programs. My goal is to help you break down goals in to long and short term and set up a strategic plan to help you reach these goals. My programs aren’t strictly in gym focused. It’s important to dig a littler deeper than just the physical part. We’ll focus on your nutrition (of course) and breaking through mental barriers that us females often face in today’s society (body image issues).

Full Program 5 Week Split Workouts Includes:

  • 25 Workouts—Legs (quads), Legs (Glutes—booty plan) Chest, Bicep, Tricep, Back, Shoulders, and Core. I recommend weight training at least 4 times a week splitting up workouts according to body parts. This is how I train.
  • Cardio Program— Includes HIIT workouts at home and at the gym as well as steady state cardio plan.
  • Meal Plan/Guide— Includes daily meal plan recommendations with food substitution list, healthy cooking guide and meal prepping guide. Also includes best meals for pre and most workout.
  • Strict Diet Plan: great plan for shredding fat quickly. Perfect for preparing for beach trip, wedding, photoshoot etc.
  • General Health Guide— Includes information on sleep, recovery, water intake, daily vitamins and workout supplements, how to be healthy on the weekends (dining out tips) and more.
  • 5 Week 24/7 communication with me! This can be via email, text, phone, Skype — whatever you prefer!

  • 15 Workouts— This option is for those who can only get to the gym 2-3 times a week. It will be a mix of upper and lower body exercises in one session. This will also include a leg day focusing on glutes —booty plan.

  • Meal Plan/Guide— Includes daily meal plan recommendations with food substitution list, healthy cooking guide and meal prepping guide. Also includes best meals for pre and most workout.
